1. Who we are

Klyp.ing is a video analysis service. For privacy questions: contact@klyp.ing

2. What data we collect

Account data: Email and name when you sign up via Google OAuth or email/password.
Video files: Processed temporarily for analysis only and deleted immediately after. We do not store your videos.
Analysis results: AI-generated scores and suggestions stored in your account history.
Payment data: Processed by Paddle. We do not store card numbers — only purchase confirmation and credits to add.
Usage data: Credits used and analysis timestamps.

3. How we use your data

To provide the video analysis service
To manage your account and credit balance
To process payments via Paddle
To improve the service using aggregated, anonymized statistics only

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as described here.

4. Third-party services

Supabase: Database and authentication (EU region).
OpenAI: AI analysis. Video frames and transcripts are sent to OpenAI API. We use zero data retention settings where available.
Paddle: Payment processing. Their privacy policy applies to payment data.
Vercel: Hosting and infrastructure.

5. Data retention

Video files: Deleted immediately after analysis (within seconds).
Analysis results: Stored while your account is active. Delete them anytime from your history.
Account data: Retained until you delete your account.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EU or EEA, you have the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data, and to object to its processing. Email contact@klyp.ing — we respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies for authentication (session management). No tracking or advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use HTTPS encryption, secure Supabase authentication, and access controls. No transmission method is 100% secure.

9. Children

Our service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

10. Changes

We may update this policy and will notify you of significant changes by email or website notice.
