Refund Policy

1. Credits never expire
Credits you purchase never expire. You can use them at any time, there is no subscription and no renewal.
2. Refunds for unused credits
If you have not used any credits from a purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date. Contact us at contact@klyp.ing with your order details and we will process it within 5 business days.
3. No refunds for used credits
Credits that have already been used to analyze videos are non-refundable. Each analysis consumes computational resources and AI API costs that cannot be recovered.
4. Partial refunds
If you purchased a pack and only used part of it, we evaluate partial refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we will find a fair solution.
5. Technical failures
If a video analysis fails due to a technical error on our side and credits were deducted, we will restore those credits automatically or upon request. Contact us at contact@klyp.ing with the date and video file name.
6. How to request a refund

- Include: purchase date, amount, and reason
- We will respond within 2 business days
7. Payment processor
Payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank (typically 5–10 business days after we approve the refund).
