Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Klyp.ing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service description

Klyp.ing provides AI-powered video analysis for short-form content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) — covering hook strength, engagement potential, visual quality, and platform-specific optimization.

3. Credits and payments

• Credits are required to analyze videos: 0–45s = 1 credit, 45–90s = 2 credits, 90–120s = 3 credits.
• Credits never expire and are non-transferable between accounts.
• New accounts receive 3 free credits. 1 additional free credit is available every 24 hours.
• Payments are processed by Paddle. All prices are in Euros (€) including applicable taxes.
• Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing users.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload videos with illegal content, violence, pornography, or content violating third-party rights.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits.
• Use the service for any illegal purpose.
• Upload videos you do not own or have the right to analyze.

5. Intellectual property

• You retain all rights to the videos you upload.
• AI analysis results generated from your videos are yours to use.
• The Klyp.ing platform, branding, and codebase are our intellectual property.
• By uploading a video, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process it for analysis purposes only.

6. AI disclaimer

Analysis is generated by AI for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee that recommendations will increase views, followers, or revenue, nor that scores reflect current platform algorithms, which change frequently.

7. Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Account termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
• Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Klyp.ing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or experience outages without liability.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Principality of Andorra. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Andorran courts.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes by email or website notice.
